I will check to see the kilometres to Whitehorse from Atlin it’s not a huge distance though

Its 175 Km distance a little over 2 hours driving time so to build a line depending on the voltage you wanted to provide I would think 138 K V or 230 KV maybe 3 or 4 months but you would have to have the motivation and money to do it

3 or 4 months sure beats the outrageous 10-15 year guesstimate. Ty

JC, I agree with you on bureaucracy, redtape, and vested interests vying. But in a perfect world, it could be done in one season. Unfortunately, we do not live in a perfect world.

This is incredulous! 1126 kms from the town the town of Carmacks to the mine site. That is outright untrue.

If anyone believes all that's needed is to connect Atlin to Whitehorse, then I can't help you understand reality. Your due diligence has failed you.

I'm not arguing that the politics aren't tough. But to suggest I consult a map and then blurt out erroneous information is not even worth reacting to.

I do agree with you that Fort Nelson is meaningless for our project. It is there to illustrate a point. If a 964 kms line can be built to service two small communities (total pop 20,000), it is certainly possible to build a much shorter line. Just requires volition.

Follow the link I showed. We have a macro problem right now...it's not specific to WRN.
