November will probably bring another 5% Intrest to Rio. They will slowly consume and feed off the host like a parasitc lamprey.This is what they do. All the time us long term holders get diluted and inflated away. "Care and Maintenace" till an offer is tendered.Stop the paid for promos, everyone knows we"re out there and what we have. Stop the gravy train to the board gettin cranky!

Grat - IMO, yes. All we're getting in November is Rio's taking the board seat.  Who's in the "catbird" seat again?

You do realize that it would require the shareholders to approve any outside entity (i.e. RIO) obtaining "control person" ownership levels of 20% or greater. Trust me, we will not allow slow creep to morph into backdoor acquisition via this method.  Once any entity breaches that 20% level, they are no longer an arm's length, independent party you can do honest business with, at
