Other aspects

Amongst the other macro factors (strong dollar, terrible Junior environment, etc.) affecting SP, we have uncertainty.  IMHO YESAB is a major one.  The committee has already demonstrated they don't feel the need to be constrained by their own approved rules with the extensive extension to REVISE the existing guidelines which in and of itself is not contemplated in the rules.  I don't think we are going to see Anya Corbitt until the revised guidelines are released in a week.  There is too much uncertainty the the committee will once again go rogue and significantly modify the guidelines in ways not beneficial to WRN and the Casino mine.  It's clear the WRFN has way more influence than is appropriate for whatever reason that may be.  August 17th will be quite telling on what the future looks like with YESAB post guidelines. Until then, the SP will be harnessed and likely go down further.
