Last time we heard anything from Paul he mentioned talking to Rio on next steps,, that was a while ago ? It is now Aug 19th,,

RIO or any other company is free to go into the open market and buy 50% of the shares.  At that point, they can dictate any buyout negotiations on their terms.  Of course, doing so, would raise the share price to the double digits buyout target I have been calling for.
