Birdog I am hoping for a buyout offer @ $5.00 by Nov 28th, the market price of WRN right now is irrelevant  ! IMO If nothing happens by the end of Nov this does not mean the buyout game is over ! IMO    Casino is for sale,, all the DD is done ! Nov 28th is only the beginning of a bidding war ! IMO M2

Have to give it to you Marine, you are an external optimist. I initially had my own exit points dates for a buyout that should have been reasonable - in a normally functioning market place this deal would have been done and dusted by now - imo. However, we are not in a normally functioning marketplace - there is a lot of uncertainty out there - inflation, interest rates, finance, wars, China ...more

Hi Ivanro, you are in the same boat as most of us here:  if an (early) lowball offer comes along most will vote against it.  Very few here are pumping for a hurried buyout offer below WRN's all-time high price level. The BoD, knowing this (common sense) will not even insult us by floating a lowball offer our way nor do they want to waste the time and spend the funds to prepare ...more

I would accept $4.50 to $5.00 and this offer may come from a gold producer ? Time will Tell Rio buying now ?  Rio buying now is for the same reason I bought property ...more
