As someone here previously suggested...
Are the markets, Canada and U.S. somehow being played against each other?   To be up all day on the NYSE 5% right up to the close of the market and then close down wiith 300,000+ shares traded while the TSX closes up 3%!  How are these markets correlated?   If TSX opens down Monday and NYSE drops even  more, where is the correlation reflected  between the two share prices?  

Was there a large sale at the close on the NYSE?

Check final trades on NYSE below - at 4:00 & 4:02 below.  70,000 shares at 4:00.  Traded back up to $1.39 in after hours on decent volume.  Typical game playing.  I see this daily on the TSE.  The manipulators are trying to get it to open lower & if done consistently will suppress the price over time.  Look at website https://money.tmx.com/en for WRN:US

There is the Casino project and there is the stock market ticker WRN. In theory they are the same, while in reality they are detached. So much manipulation. The Casino project would do better if held in private hands aside from day traders, short sellers and daily manipulation. The only time the market will make sense and align with the true value of Casino is when enough volume trades that
