A lot going on. None of us know all the details. Just the surface stuff:  1. Ken Williamson, our goldcorp/newmont guy, exits the same day Sandeep Singh, our OGR guy with strong connections to Agnico Eagle, comes in  2. Agnico Eagle is our neighbor  3. Jason Attew, former Goldcorp/BMO, recently becomes head of OGR 4. Roosen is forced to step down  5. Vitton, Attew, Sandeep, Al

Steve  - i'm kind fo in same boat as you.....i'm rooting for Agnico. Seems like they have a strategy which matches up much better to a Casino and Coffee acquisiion than Rio...and who on this board isn't getting tired of Rio dithering around for the past 3 years! Listening to Agnico CEO pretty refreshing on their strategy. Lastly, it's great that Newmont moving on. At least

my last buy was 10k shares 2/7- 2/9 at $1.05 USD. I wasn't smart enough to buy more at $0.95... Sooner, three or four of the things you mentioned were Rio jerking us around. Paul was on their proverbial leash. Yeah, they gave us some candy change. But Rio has been a little full of themselves. I think these low share prices is what is creating all this interest.  WRN share price @ $1.25 CD brought in some thinking of how can we turn WRN's Casino into a $4.00 CD value even before a grid conection or what ever is needed before mine construction. Opportunity is calling for those with some imagination and conections,, this is deal making TIME ! WRN could become the big surprize

I'll bet its our hiring a turnaround specialist with near unanimous industry respect as new CEO. People who formerly wouldn't be caught dead owning WRN are impressed with him and surprised he's now with us. and wondering "something might be happening here." It could be that.
