The old Board Members will all be gone: 
- Ross Beaty (moved on)
- Ian Watson (moved on) 
- Archie Lang (deceased) 
- Dale Corman (moved on) 
- Paul (still with us)
- Klaus (still with us) 
After Paul and Klaus, the entire original Board will be out. 
Others who joined later like Cameron Brown are now out. 
More recent people like Ken Williamson are gone, as well. 
Some contributed and some were relative dead weight collecting a salary and shares. Now, Paul is being fazed out. The guard is changing. Sandeep appears to be different than the old guard. Let's keep in touch with him and let him know how we feel about dilution. Voices carry.

Like Sooner, I highly recommend reaching out to Sandeep via email. He is very responsive and will likely request an actual call so he can get to know you like he did for Sooner and now me. He's very engaged and definitley exploring every inch of the organization to see what needs to change.  Was very receptive to my thoughts and input.  Very well spent 30 minutes for me.

Metal - thanks for reaching out to him. He's really quite happy to discuss geniune investor concerns/feedback i do believe. I sent him a text yesterday after that webinar - "Hello Sandeep. Who was that donkey interviewing you today? "Dogshit" on 0.4% cueq AFTER capex fully paid for from core? And wasn't this the same guy questioning Paul a year ago about no believing capex
