I exchanged a couple emails with Sandeep over the last day asking questions related to our BOD - 1) Do they have a personal stake in WRN and have they put their own capital into the company? 2) What are they doing to promote the project? 3) Whenever i see Tara on video, etc --- she's only promoting Banyan. What has she done on the BOD to drive shareholder value exactly? He responsed and ...more

You got it. They need to be all in. Baron Rothschild in the 18th century said " When theres blood in the streets, and some of its yours, buy property." With management and the money they make, why should they not apply themselves. Be all in. Its better  then flipping burgers.

personally --- didn't really care for Sandeeps comment on Tara --- ie she has a full time job but is still a good asset on board. Great...pay her as a part time consultant as necessary. There is NO need for her to be on the BOD --- at the same time is primary goal is driving market cap on Banyan....NOT WRN!!!! Mike Vitton - c'mon what has he done for WRN?  Seriously....if any BOD ...more

I completely agree with Sooner, and it resonates strongly with my own firm view that board members and management should have a personal financial commitment to the company, aligning their interests with those of the shareholders. This will demonstrate their confidence in WRN's potential. Such alignment is critical for building trust and fostering a sense of commitment and accountability ...more
