Directors

All approved with +90% of the vote.

However, a clear distinction between the new slate (Sandeep, Chausse and Threlkeld) all getting 99% approval, and the old.

Tara, Bill & Klaus all got nearly 10% disapproval, Vitton at 5% disapproval. Obviously not enough, but hopefully a message at least SOME shareholders are paying attention and these 4 aren't providing tangible value.

Endless Dilution, these guys has nothing special. So we depend on new CEO? Maybe.1 year we can see what's his performance, anyway. He used his own money to bought in.

Agreed Garden.  Sandeep, more so than anyone before him, benefits far more with stock price improvement than he does with any salary.  Paul and some others were well bought in but nowhere near the same level.  I believe his buyin was for self net worth increase but also to communicate to the market place he is committed to bringing this to the point of completion and buyout...even ...more

Tara - is all she does is talk about Banyan whenever you hear from her. Worthless -- should be removed from BOD ...even more so now with any association with Victoria. yeah...still waiting on Vitton ...what has that guy done in the 5 years+ i think he's been on BOD.   As near as  i can BOD pretty much worthless....up to Sandeep and Paul to drive shareholder value.
