Directors
All approved with +90% of the vote.
However, a clear distinction between the new slate (Sandeep, Chausse and Threlkeld) all getting 99% approval, and the old.
Tara, Bill & Klaus all got nearly 10% disapproval, Vitton at 5% disapproval. Obviously not enough, but hopefully a message at least SOME shareholders are paying attention and these 4 aren't providing tangible value.
I've said before, I'll say again: in my next life, I want to be a junior mining executive. Gravy train for life.

Even Dale has lost his confidence and retired, Paul also beat by reality, Director Vitton? Dale thought virton will be a white knight, what he has done for wrn? Endless Dilution, these guys has nothing special. So we depend on new CEO? Maybe.1 year we can see what's his performance, anyway. He used his own money to bought in.

Tara - is all she does is talk about Banyan whenever you hear from her. Worthless -- should be removed from BOD ...even more so now with any association with Victoria. yeah...still waiting on Vitton ...what has that guy done in the 5 years+ i think he's been on BOD. As near as i can BOD pretty much worthless....up to Sandeep and Paul to drive shareholder value.
