Hard to believe I'm the 1st to post and it's been more than 15 hours since the press release. I guess that shows most of us were expecting this delay. If somehow the ESE response had been submitted on the original timeline, it likely would have been for naught once the Eagle catastrophe happened, so perhaps there's a small silver lining on this cloud.
