Drill Baby Drill

On You Tube, there is another interview with Sandeep., "WRN Their Massive Gold Project". At about 5:35 into the interview he states " we will get back to drilling at some point". Oh wonderful. Also at the end of the last qtr, they had $77 million in the bank. Still a lot...but they are going through it. Perhaps they should hire more board members.

As stated, WRN is now a development company not an exploration company.  This resource has had the *hit drilled out of it for the better part of 100 years.  Unless RIO has a specific interest in a specific drill they should stop drilling it as each time they do they redo the math & add to the timeline & reduce the bank balance.  All efforts and cash should be directed to ...more

100% agree, Pine. And, yes, after slightly over 100 years we are finally a development project. Casino is massive and it has been dependent on the grid to develop. It brought my 1.69 average down to 1.67.   Shouldn't have bought. Should have waited till year end cap liss selling drives this stinker into the 1.30 to 1.40 cdn range. Oh well.

I feel for you, DB. My average is way under a dollar. I bought half my shares at .385 during the Lehman crash. Yes, I bought a few over $2. But my average is way under $1. This position is a hold. I know about geology and this will blast over $10 when it goes. But requires patience. Not for feint of heart.  I'm now accumulating a separate mineral now. Not copper and gold. I had a three ...more

I'm similar to you Steve.  Pat/Diamond/Meth can't understand our type of investing strategy because it doesn't match theirs.  We got in low, built a position low, and generally refuse to dollar cost overage up to further expand that position.  I have had the same position total for years now and am also way under $1 cost basis.  I also agree with you that this will ...more
