The firm bought 695,500 shares of the company's stock, valued at approximately $828,000. Euro Pacific Asset Management LLC owned 0.35% of Western Copper & Gold at the end of the most recent reporting period.

Apparently, Eauro Asia Pacific Management is owned by some guy called Peter Schiff. Anybody know anything about this guy?

Wow, nice to have a hitter like Peter Schiff buying in. Says alot for WRN and I'm guessing guys like this don't buy in without some decent due diligence. Just another positive occurrence.

Schiff has been around gold a long time. He has an active X/Twitter feed.  I follow him among others.  It's not a bad sign that he's here.

I agree that having a high profile investor like Schiff acquire a position in WRN is a positive development for other shareholders. But his track record, like many such people, is mixed. Some well publicized successes, and some spectacular failures as well. Let's hope WRN eventually gets counted in the success column.
