I suggest WRN sit down with MM before April.1, 2025. After 35+ years living in Japan experience, including 12 years with a semi-autonomous corporation, I have learnt that the secret is get things sealed with the outgoing guy is important. Naoki Ono is clearly supportive of WRN. We do not know yet how Tetsuya Tanaka will be different. Maybe he won't be. But if WRN seals it with Ono before the

What would we talk about with MMC?  until we get more clarity on permitting...there is nothing to talk about directly with them is there? The only thing that perhaps would be discussions ongoing right now would be Rio talking with MMC about partnership in effort to develop casino together and balancing risk IMO.
