So,if its really really good news, like diamonds, why the need for cash with dilution. I agree prove me wrong but its dumb unless there is more to the story. If she keeps dropping PP will be hard to fill.

Well, If they had great results coming up, why get money now and dilute shareholders more? They could have waited, let the good news out and THEN get further financing. This move is telling me that they are in the process of needing a big amount of cash soon (acquiring a company) and that the transaction might not be received well initially or that they need the money upfront to complete ...more

money in the kitty is better than nothing, although i tend to agree why do they need more cash in the kitty......maybe the results are so so and they need more dough to prove it all out....who knows until later....riding freebies right now...whopty doodah, LOL. cheers, dave.

Take 7 mil units, throw in 3 mil more for an over allotment then add 5 mil more for warrants plus 1 mil flow through shares and now cap it all off with 5% of this total (800,000) for the brokers and what do you have? Well with 39 543 683 O/S, it looks like a potential 16 800 000 dilution, which not counting options, makes for a 42 1/2% dilution. Anyone willing to risk a two dollar bid? Were ...more

You have to assume the company plans to go into production in the quickest possible time frame, anything else is conjecture. I do remember Pangea pushing Barrick at the end by a 12 mil financing, I assumed it was to show they were serious about being a miner. This company has alot on its plate and without cash decision making becomes problematic. I'm sticking with it, as I am ywo who gave ...more
