Auxly Cannabis

Imperial Brands reports earnings and deferred Auxly interest payment due December until December 2021. Thats assuming the stock doesn't hit .81 CAD and they don't convert to ownership which I believe they will. Auxly is firing on all cylinders and now has no debt commitments for a year. Profitability projected Q1 2021. New SKUs coming out weekly. Sunens in Leamington just harvested the first phase of their 1.1 million square foot grow facility. Kolab and Foray nominated for cannabis brand of the year among other awards. I've been following this company a long time and I'm absolutely loaded up. Good luck to all! #imaberich

Imperial Brands deferal of interest for Auxly!! You've just got to love UK.! You've got to love UK politics and UK social values. Today I do, anyway! You see. Old World values tend to change slower than those in the frontiers. Mixed readings coming out of Europe and COVID has definitely slowed the pace of progressive political changes.  The US will move quickly now. Latin America (2-5yrs.) is still likely to move forward more quickly than most of Europe (4-8yrs) by my reckoning.  In the UK there's no real interest among BJ's crew ...more

Where did you see this? I just search "Auxly" in annual report released today and all I found that was meaningful was: In 2020 valuation losses related to our investment in Auxly of £62 million were excluded from adjusted profit as a result of this change. Income from the sale of intellectual property and a valuation gain of £10 million on Auxly were included in adjusted ...more

Man the English language is a beaut isn't it? EbbFlow88, you do realize that your post supports what imaberich is saying. Info on dates asside, what you have both said is Auxly's payments to IB have effectively been deferred at this time. From your post ebbflow88 : The write-down of the convertible debt owed by Auxly reflects the challenges faced by the business due to the slower than ...more

Lol what?! Imperial is writing down and taking a loss on their books for their investment in Auxly due to the fact that there is a good chance they don't get paid on the due date.  How are you reading that they don't have to make the payments and have been deferred? It does't say that above. They may choose to loosen any covenants but I haven't gone deep enough to look ...more
