Oops. I was off by a day. Should have said Jan. 10, 2021.  Tranche 5 closed on Sept. 9, 2020. It abides by the original terms of the Tranche financing originally announced April 28, 2020. For sure at the. End there looked like she was heading back up to .34 then just tanked again for no real reason.
