With 1.28 Billion shares outstanding I would say a 100 to 1 share consolidation/reverse split is warranted.

MMs covering keeps the price down whilst wash trading >3M shares.  They want to frustrate you to sell.  Don't!   Buy more on weakness, or hold and look away  ;) GLTA!
