Just go to SEDAR Auxly documents and look for Prospectus for Funding. You will see that 11m of the funding will be used to pay deferred interest on debt. But it is not all bad.

Ahh  thanks so IB called in their money more curious as to why the haven't called in the debentures yet

Not sure IB called in anything yet. Look more like they're making sure it's covered regardless. That includes interest that isn't due or even accrued yet. An interesting strategy? At least no one can suggest impending doom anymore. Good to see all the automation rolling in and continuos expansion on all fronts. I'm hoping a significant chunk of the cash set aside for Robinsons is

Looks like the money put aside also covers the interest on the debentures related to 5 Tranches from the Summer 2020 financing.  A key highlight for me is the Financial Resources section on page 16. Twelve Months fully funded!!! Check it out mates! cheers

Yes read that that's posted that means big pot I've meaning they don't want to add any further diluting to the the stock minus IB conversion  they spelled it out I guess if you read between the lines we should be self sufficient at some point this year past the second half that's when Price imo start rising above the mid 40's  so we have some time to load up on dirt

  man I opened that when they filed and internet I guess was so doo doo at work it didn't load all that I been here crying for explanation and it was there the whole time lol  back on the Auxly train no more diloution required and I guess not calling in debentures means they don't want to add any more shares to the float minus IB that's a great sign  only

IB trigger at .81   guess they still think they will sooner than later. in the mean time everyone is happy that the money is good till yr end.

Right IB want their money before triggering I just wish they made a release t the time they got the financing instead of waiting so long but hey pigs needed 1 more cheap fill wish I could have I would have got 12 k more shares for free shares well I hit my target of shares  looks like old timer calling for .40 after asking for .12 lol
