Auxly Cannabis Announces $30.0 Million ATM Financing

Auxly Cannabis is the latest firm to announce an at-the-market financing. The company this morning revealed that it will be conducting an ATM financing to the tune of $30.0 million.

I'm upset they just stated they had cash for 12 months now pulling this. They need to open their damn mouths now and start giving us guidance what they planing and start bending g over the faithful

Relax, Pencilpush.   ATM, is actually good news!   Auxly, is still FULLY FUNDED 2021 as far as planned Cap/Ex, operations, and interest payments are concerned.   This just tells us what form any future financing over the next two years take if a need arises.   ATM Financing is less dilutive.
