No need

All of a sudden RS keeps being talked about from ppl coming out of left field. There are 0 Sp requirements to stay listed in the Tsx don't fall into the bs being trolled around about rs coming or shares going to be given out with candy. Being on that platform will increase Auxlys exposure and lead to more movement and shares traded back forth just wait after Q1 that's my bet when things really stay to steamroll

Dunno about the others here, but I am an IMBBY shareholder and so have a tangential interest in the success of XLY. A move to the TSX seems a promising development if there's no requirement for a minimum stock price to re-list there.

From what I understand, Pencilpush is correct on this. The TSX rules for listing are NOT dependent on SP. The main requirement is 1,000,000 freely traded public shares with an aggregate market value of more than $4,000,000 held by at least 300 public shareholders.  Here's a link: https://www.tsx.com/listings/listing-with-us/listing-guides   https://www.tsx.com/listings ...more

Of course there's a minimum share price requirement, and I think it's $1. But in order for XLY to meet the requirements, one would be a reverse split, and imo, it's going to be a 10:1 split. I don't think they want to debut with $1 share price. So I think a $3.50-$4.00 debut is a more likely scenario.

Wow Gus you switch from playing the ups to shorting it now? There's no SP requirement for tsx the nasdaq yes not the tsx    https://www.allpennystocks.com/hotpennystocks/tsx.aspx     look at al those companies  that would have had to delist already

Yes you're right, I was wrong. TSX is unlike Nasdaq. And it looks like XLY should meet the rest of the requirements... and BTW, I don't short! I take that as an insult. I hate shorters and imo shorting is a form of manipulation and should be banned. I was in and out of XLY a few times, never shorting just taking some profits before losing it all, and now I'm back in. GLTA!
