No RS here!! Auxly Extends Financing !!

Auxly has found yet another way to push off a reverse split of their stock once again in an effort to best serve the interests of long term shareholders.

A Re-Fi that extends the maturity date on Debentures will free up the money set aside to cover those obligations for use in carrying operations forward into a profitable position.

https://stockhouse.com/news/press-releases/2022/06/23/auxly-extends-standby-facility-convertible-debentures-to-august-15-2024

This Re-Fi maintains a relatively low interest rate of only 7.5% (compare that to rates paid by other LPs ) and gives Auxly two years to navigate current market conditions.

It's not an excessive amount of money. It's just enough to carry them forward and defers a current liabilty to non-current status for the time being by resetting the maturity date to the summer of 2024.

The entire Mj sector has been trending downward for the last 3 to 4 years. Many of the biggest names are trading at less than or close to 1/2 Book Value. To point the finger at Auxly and suggest they are the only one or the worst of the bunch, you would have to be utterly narrow minded or completely un-informed.

A Re-Fi in this case is a far superior scenario than the RS that some here have been spouting off about. They should be eating crow right now but instead they'll continue puking out their drivel without ever acknowledging the fact that nothing is inevitable.

As someone once said, 'There's more than one way to skin a cat.'  heh heh..

The Canadian Retail Cannabis market continues to grow and AUXLY's revenues will grow along with it.

Expect a significant and continued improvement in Q2-2022 as Auxly continues its march along the 'Path to Profitability.'

Future Forward !!

cheers

Kitty  You will do/say anything to escape the obvious. Sad, very sad. We are all losers here.Auxly is done.....and I'm pissed.

I totally agree. To spin anything positive about this is totally sureal. Issuing more shares at 0.138 adds 54M to shares oustanding or 6% dilution. Also 7.5 % interest by today's standards is huge no matter the comparison. Count me in as totally pizzed. I have been wary of this scenario for quite some while. My wait and see approach to this speculation has been a total fizzle. If they manage ...more

If I had read it the way you do Investorpedia I'd probably be totally pizzzed as well. Your math fails to take into account what has been paid back so far. The total debt related to the debentures has been reduced by $3.75 million to a remaining balance of $7.5 million. That's 33.33% of the debt paid down so far. That's right, Auxly has been actually been paying down debts ...more

Don't forget the 500K fee and a conversion price which effectively puts the lid on SP @ about 0.10 -0.14 cents for the next few years...what does that say. Chuck is probably starting to get worried about his 0.03 cent shares...lol

Wow. Good news. It hasn'tbroken below $0.095 yet. As I previously posted, your optimism is totally surreal. Time to get sober and cut out the blue sky stuff. This shyte is totally real. Anybody who invested at a higher price is definitely not impressed. We get 1 sad release from xly after another. It's gonna take a long time for any turn-around success. I don't iunderstand why you ...more

What you call optimism I consider an objective counterbalance to non-factual, emotion based, negative hyperbolic lies puked out by an endless string of Short minded posters on this board. I respect your perspective Investorpedia, you're normally more balanced in your analysis but I sense you may have fallen over to the dark side. Let's get this straight. I ain't promoting ...more

You sound like Trump. We won, everything else is fake, even though it's the actual truth. I admire your optimism, but facts are facts. Auxly will have a VERY tough time escaping bankruptcy imo. Wish it weren't so, as I have a substantial investment in xly. Regardless, I haven't flushed you because your my laugh to start my day. Have a good weekend.

The truth be told. No emotions here. XLY is in the fight for their lives to turn profitable. And that's the truth. Bottom line. At this price, there may be no other choice, as a lot of others may have to, but to continue to hold and wait and see. As I see it, it's okay to spew the virtues but it's irking and misleading to state that all remains rosy

The market must have got the good news wrong. I mean Kitty says its good, but alas those manipulators won again. Oddly, I think the only thing that would make me bullish on this stock is Kitty giving up. Once Kitty gives up there is no bulls yet. Its either a bottom or bankruptcy.
