A Head Scratcher

All I can figure is that holders are running scared and dumping at this level. Then again, who would want to take a chance to short at this basement pricing?.....and if you are a holder, shares are almost worthless, so why sell at all? A definite head scratcher.

If something else is the driver, I am definitely open to opinions, no matter how far out they might seem to be.
