Question
What do you think happens to Auxly if the judgement goes against them?

The last ER implied they were very short on operational funding....assets have been sold...they have 540 employees but outsourcing production...losing market share....automation stalled and no money to pay a settlement. FSD was fined 5M for failure to disclose material information. Auxly was part of that fiasco....seems likely the judge will use the same standard of duty.
