Major transaction

The major transaction by XST is going ahead. The company has set the shareholder's approval meeting date for Dec. 20th. Envirotrac, the major transaction target, is about 50% done an offering memorandum for $500k and word is that they have now gotten a couple of brokerage houses on their side, one in Alberta and one in BC. Anybody hear anything else about this company?
