Hi Folks I have been watching this forum and mostly the posting has been good for info and questions, please can we all help each other out with as much info as psooible instead of the kind of childish last few postings PLEASE!! We are here to make some dough! I have heard that more shares will come on the market and will agree that it would take an ultimate moron to kick his own butt by flooding the market. So let's not banter and watch what is going on. I hear XST has some good things to announce and I guess we all will see, I think this stock will do extremely well especially if you read the informative postings!!

I spoke with the company today and apparently the exchange is the hold up! They should have the rubber stamp to proceed any day so keep your finger crossed and hopefully announcemnets commence next week???!!!

How did you get into contact with the company?? I am mtrying to do this and have been unable to. As well, their website has not been coming up. www.xstech.com?? What is the announcement that you are expecting? Any info on the company would be appreciated.

I spoke to Stephanie Hollam at XST 403-229-3882, and John Way Envirotractech 403-572-8722. I was told the same they are waiting for documentation so they can do the press release. The announcement I expect is the completion of the major transaction namely envirotrac will become publicly traded & XST will no longer exist. We will then be trading on a company who is into GPS tech.....part of

The website to look at what this company does is (mobiletrac.com) I am told that the site is being upgraded as it was done back in 1996. The company will remain XS Technologies.
