What's with this guy?

Can anyone out there explain to all of us watching what the heck is with this 'Fin*****offf' character? His comments are often informative and usefull; but, then he gets into these cryptic diatribes....what's up with that. It is almost Jeckyl and Hyde like. He seems to be a Pro in one moment, and then he seems to be a guy who is mad at someone/everyone and wants to strike fear into the hearts of all the supporters of XST. I can't determine whether he is either well informed or spending way to much time by himself? Can anyone explain?
