NEWS - Rystar Reorganization

VANCOUVER, Dec. 5 /CNW/ - The Company is currently finalising its restructuring plans. Three directors have resigned to allow for a revamping of the current board for the establishment of a new management team. The new management group is conducting their due diligence in order to assess the viability of their proposed re-capitalisation of the Company. Upon completion of their review, an announcement will be made.
