Sounds like there will a new president this coming week, a little more money and some other shake-ups. The sales were the at the root of the slow performance even though they had started to show signs of life. I guess the markets and the personalities involved didn't make for much of a chance to raise the money they needed to really take off.
Maybe now they can start the stock moving in
