What does this news really mean to the shareholders? This stock has been a huge disappointment. They have ceased operations, as far as i am concerned, they ceased a long time ago. When was the last time we heard anything about this company??

it is most likely time to write this one off and move on. Think of it as a learning experience.

People still continue to buy this beauty, do they know something we don't, or are they just hoping to make a couple of cents/ share and unload?? Any Future? Anybody have an opinion?

Could it be there is some value in the systems, or perhaps they are going to turn this into a shell and vend something of value in. Not sure but it seems they were (the buyers) hoping shareholders would dump because someone is buying. Is anyone out west able to call the company?

There is value in the systems, but the key is if the management will take advantage of that. What I am now told is that the company worked with Veritas DGL of Calgary on a unique product development where Veritas specified the equipment and XS developed and built it. Veritas now has possession of the equipment, designs and software and is refusing to buy from XS or pay royalties. They have ...more
