Tom ridge is American, so is the latest patent he OWNS..

So the talk about USA market being out of play for PAT is moronic,
and btw, we are the biggest show in town.

everyone just calm down and report on the conference taking place today and tomorrow.

@pliskinNYC, I think what people here are saying is that doing business with the US means a lot of hoops to jump through, and it might be smart to look at the low lying fruit first. Anyone familiar with US softwood lumber tariffs (or aluminum, or steel) and the off, then on, then off Keystone XL pipeline knows that dealing with US in trade can be a headache. They throw tariffs at you and hope you ...more

Nightstocker, you are talking about commodities, security is not handled that way. if you look at how military contractors work, it's un affected by those kinds of obstacles. pat is in the business of security and safety, keystone and things of that nature do not apply to our sector.

Cultivating options all over the world is what any security company should do, but a company Raytheon fundedand Tom Ridge has a Patent for, registration being here in the states btw, will not be black balled, evolv is cool looking and everything, but it's not a military contractor, we are, different genre, different rules apply for military contractors , military industrial complex's don ...more

That MIC calls its own shots is very true. And Pat does have potential for military applications. But I believe the majority of Pat's market is civilian government and business- law enforcement, govt buildings, banks, hospitals, schools, etc.

I agree, but government ie. police, public schools, federal building, banks which are FDIC insured and universities which are protected by government are more likely to follow military esque protocols at this point, add in bomb detection, smart cams and COVID detection all linked by AI,  patented by Tom Ridge himself and funded by Raytheon...... come on... I think you guys are throwing gold ...more

Here's hoping Evans involves people who can "work a room" virtually. We have seen Pat go to IACP and ISC conferences- places where they should be cleaning house- and come up zeroes.

"We have seen Pat go to IACP and ISC conferences- places where they should be cleaning house- and come up zeroes." Cronin came up with zeroes. /imo
