Evolve ain't no Liberty or Plymouth but.....

.....it's also nowhere NEAR the comprehensive product we have.

I went over their website today.  it's a speedier way than a metal detector for sure.  But doesn't address explosives (STS), or any of VRS's functionality.  We are a Cadillac, evolve is a Lada.  I won't lose sleep over Evolve, the market opportunity is staggering here, lots of elbow room.

Looking forward to financials being done and then the march forward w sales.  glta longs...

I would love to believe that gesh, but it is about first to market - even with an inferior product. Let's take Six Flags. Because Evolv is there probably means that we can't get in there. Now it's a race against time; a race to get there first to occupy that space. Also, do we even have STS anymore? And does it even work? Stupid Cronin. /all imo

Yes BB, STS is still one of our pillars and it works. I wouldn't be surprised if the STS itself was a main draw for a potential buyout one day from a Raytheon or Lockheed Martin etc.  Their existing sniffers (parts per billion) pale in comparison to our parts per trillion STS.  Sweeping hangars and airfields is big bucks, big risk business. I'm not wishing for any buyout ...more

Source? If anything, PAT has communicated their interest in divesting the minority stake in STS, see this section from last MD&A: Loss on investment in Sotech   As at October 31, 2020, the Company owns a 49% interest in Sotech Secure, LLC ("Sotech"), a Delaware Limited Liability Company with NanoBio Detection Systems LLC ("NanoBio") owning the remaining 51 ...more

not withstanding their lack of sales and revenue from "any" product to date (as per all previous discussions - and the md&a you provided), I'm simply saying it's still part of our arsenal - as per the website. https://patriot1tech.com/patscan/chemical/ g

Pat didn't go public with 1.25 billion, major brokerage investment, and Bill Gates behind it. They also have some big clients already. I would argue they are quite a ways ahead in that regard- New England Patriots, Chicago White Sox, The Met, Six Flags and Hershey Park. As we learned with Cronin, you can have the best product in the world, but if you have your thumb up your azz, it doesn' ...more

You were clearly on the wrong website then. They have two products , both are TSA / DHS certified too.  Again youre full of it ! Got facial recognition etc  With the Evolv Edge you get: 2.5X Faster Throughput: Evolv Edge screens over 800 people per hour. Visitors and employees walk through single-file without stopping. The Evolv ipo will be great for the sector. The fact that these guys are able to do an ipo at almost 2 billion dollars speaks volume of where this markets going, I dont even think they are profitable. Lets hope this will become an instant success and not going down the same route as the likes of prt/liberty defence.
