I guess a short position is considered an investment, same goes for investing in a competitor even if they are considered trash.

The competition sure seems to be trash from what i'm hearing. Losing bake offs and corresponding RFPs to the new kid on the block, if that's true that he is invested in those competitors it would explain his actions. Pretty desperate actually, having to go on to a competitors board and attempt to create lies and doubt to those shareholders, pretty trashy as well. The things people do for

Rapiscan OSI and Leidos who make body scanners competitors ? They spend more on hospitality in a year than PAT has raised to date. You really should educate yourself on who PAT is pretending to compete against.

One of the "competitors" just announced another round of dilution yesterday at 30% below the current sp and that doesn´t even include the 7% finders fee. Someone is definately getting rich (hint, its´s not investors), I wonder why they won´t disclose who the buyer is..
