Patriot publicly announced the Exclusive licensing and patent of Quasar TMS..shouldn't be news to an informed investor

If anything they highlighted the fact that pat has worldwide exclusive rights..licensed the patent, can sell, modify, sublicense...all good stuff. Sounds like a great deal if you ask me...but once again this was publicly announced 2 years ago..shouldn't be surprising or a negative to anyone
