Shareholders recently voted on board members... it is my opinion that Cronin didn't make the cut on recent votes..

That's not the case if you take at look at votes cast. Maybe it's just because he didn't add enough value to the company and it's forward path

Turtle had more than 20% less votes than anyone else. Maybe it hurt his feelings.

So everyone received about 95% while Cronin only got 74% likely due to many shareholders voting him off.
