Non-dilutive funding from RAYTHEON
It's very true and well known tha Raytheon did give PAT 2mil (USD) in non-dilutive funding (so far), its important to not forget that. And that was WAY before the independent 3rd party findings that placed PAT at the Top-of-the-Field.
...and before PAT got selected to protect the US Federal Government's own Office of the Inspector General! - probably a coincidence.
I wonder if there might be more non-dilutive funding comming down the pipe? Especially if RAYTHEON decides to make use of its... close... confortable.. 'relationship'... with the US government.
...then again ...two mill is nothing for a WHALE like RAYTHEON. They probably spend more on pancake breakfasts' for the staff.

But wasn't that also because of a demand from Canadian goverment that Raytheon had to "give" money to another company to get the oroginal order?

@AndyKruth: Andy, that maybe true but the fact is that they chose Pat over many other companies. They chose to give their money to a company that is aligned with them technologically and has an actual product/s that works.
