Peter already publicly commented on this, Pat is not the solution for the MTA...I'm sure you understand this being a fellow New Yorker. First off MSG is not ready for environments with cluttered bags, next there's a ton of interference, the flow of people in the subway is insane. There are ports of entry that can be used ...but if not that you can't tell me the Pat smart Camaras wouldn't be a great addition on the subway platforms... they'd be great.. and most of those camaras need an overall anyway.. so talk about that with the mayor! and where did he post this .. on Facebook?? I agreed that maybe it's a use case for vrs but that does solve for the real issue. Vrs is a detective control..meaning it catches something after the fact...the subway needs a preventative control..meaning it catches the threat before it causes harm...the other issue with vrs is the subway is very crowded ..visibility is limited during most hours..i honestly don't think we are the right

Let's remember that Pat is consulting directly with the NYC Mayor's office. That's a big deal.   NYC Subway is a bridge too far for Pat for the moment. But c'mon, boys...do you not think PE is showing the mayor all the great spots that Pat WOULD be perfect for? City govt buildings, NYPD stations, Schools, City Attractions...Patscan at the Statue of Liberty? Eff yeah

While I don't subscribe to how marketing for Pat is currently being handled, I do know that PE has has done a great job of positioning Pat as the ethical choice for Mayor Adams. PE has shown the pitfalls of weapons detection as the end all be all for the NYC Subway. He has been able to play the role of educator with no agenda. Peter George, on the other hand, looks grasping and desperate
