Demoralizing shareholders by keeping expectations low..

Classic tactic of a purposeful suppression to facilitate a buyout..

Blaming market conditions..

Insignificant or lackluster sales and productivity..

trying to justify suppression of NR's

Zero marketing or promotion

no backlog

no investor relations

constant product development but no desire to market promote or sell ..

who are you doing all of this development for??

it clearly isn't us..

starve us out, demoralize investors...use the market conditions as a cover..

make a cheap buyout.. cash in your own chips.. move on to the next company..

Not saying I have inside information, this is my theory..

This all my personal opinion..

Good thoughts! what do you guys think the "buyout price" will be? My guess, maximum: 200mcad (1.2cad/share)  But with this gangster management you will never know...

We need someone to monitor the open market purchases to see if there is a pattern of buying by the same individual/organization of a certain amount of shares regardless of the market conditions. This is a strategy employ by many shady players. If there is a pattern we further investigate the own/s behind it. A class action lawsuits should be in the back of everyone's mind as well.
