What we need now is

DHS CERTIFICATION to bring this to fruition. It has to be right around the corner.  I am hoping it has been held back until the financing was announced plus hopefully with other contracts to give us a big bang start to this adventure. Way to go Peter. Evans.

No reason for MSG to invest if DHS is wasn't happening.  if DHS can be given to conveyer belt security then xtract will get it too.
