Facts are what they are..

This stock continues to be totally predictable.
Its listed on Seeking Alpha , SimplyWallStreet as having seriously flawed fundimentals. The shareprice has landed on its back straight off the highboard after what seemed to be on the face of it, good news.

That's where the issue lays. Everything is nothing more than "on the face of it " and sweet nothing backing it up other than hope and opinions.
Losing NFL stadiums and the fact that MS Group will close on the sale of everything that the PAT management team believe is theirs to walk into, is just car crash dilligence on them.
The company is diluted, shareholders are already hurting and the NYC sales pipeline is looking rather sketchy.
