Seems like most of us are thinking the same thing..

Why isn't this CEO raising brand awareness??

why isn't he going after schools??

what are his long term and short term goals to address the share price??

Why isn't he conducting more affective and higher profile interviews??

what is this company's mission statement??

where is your realistic time line??

what is your stated plan of action??

why are we not seeing an intelligent and well thought out marketing plan??

why haven't the shareholders been addressed, reassured and been given a coherent and concise actionable plan and order of operations explaining how we will be lead to profitability and share value??

what are your plans for all the dilution money given at our share value expense??

what is our reasonable reassurance that large scale dilution won't happen again??

why didn't you secure the first government security license before reapplying for another??

what is the timeframe for the "new" application and approval??

where is the accountability for lack of execution??

Are you aware that a CEO's only responsibility is to raise shareholder value??

Are you aware that CEOS's answer to shareholders??

where can we find the shareholder relations officer??

do we have a shareholder relations officer??

why don't we have a shareholder relations officer??

what are your plans for the coming Economic recession??

how will you shelter this company from recession??

how will we thrive during the recession??

are you aware that most reputable and responsible CEO's advise their shareholders of stated goals and voiced concerns?

are you aware that your order of operations is highly unusual??

are you aware that it is becoming seemingly evident to shareholders that your actions are ineffective and counterintuitive??

all in my personal opinion please do your own due diligence..

Ok! Fair enough Plisken. These are your honest opinions. You do realize not everyone agrees with your opinion. For example. All of the criteria you feel management should be divulging seems unrealistic to me. I own a decent amount of Apple shares( one of the largest companies in the world). It has been good for me but never have I ever seen them reveal the kind of information you are demanding ...more

These are fair questions to ask. Although some will not be answered as the responses may be confidential in terms or org strategy. But still, we should ask.  Not sufficient action from the management. They need to market more, sell more, sell as if their life depended on it.

@ vg1018 thank you, we should ask, and he needs to respect the shareholders and engage, seriously..  we all talk about proper etiquette and so on and so forth I respect that.. fine ...but that works both ways.. we have legitimate questions and concerns and this CEOS conduct isn't normal.  I have questions and concerns about my investment and I need them answered to a respectable ...more
