I'm kind of hoping

That these contracts will be money up front rather than subscription models. This could give us the cash we need to get past needing to finance again. Even if it gives us another 6 month window it would probably be enough to carry us through to being financially break even as Peter has hinted to. No dilution. Wouldn't that be awesome. Peter has said they only seek finance if they see opportunities. From Q3 financials on SEDAR, it appears that MSG holds almost 32 million $.60 warrants that expire early 2028. If fully exercised will bring in over $19 million. The other O/S warrants include 781,711 at $.60 expiring Mar17/24 and 11,471,850 at $.75 ...more

Yes, my bad, MSG holds warrants not options.  I'm always mixing terms up like that.  My brain ilikes to construct logical arguments, tends to skip over correct terminology.

I like the point you were making bobby.... at the end of your post (below). It should give PE some confidence moving forward Normally, a company would want to wait until the last minute (April 2028) to exercise its options, but seeing as how exercising those options would make MSG around a 28% owner of XTRA, they could have a compelling reason not to want predatory dilution somewhere lower than ...more
