Agreed, great find MRG!! Does this appear to be an outright purchase rather than SAAS? Also interesting that the purchase was made through a third party, CKT Technology. I wonder if X1 is using resellers to pursue smaller clients such as schools, where decisions are made at the local board level. The sheer number of these across the US is extremely large and difficult for X1 to direct sell/service

I do not know if that was an outright purchase or SAAS.  I was wondering the same myself.  I am guessing it was an outright purchase but that is simply a guess.  For those who may not know there are a few XTRA Facebook sites that have a lot of posts - that is where I found this information.  Someone on one of the XTRA Facebook sites asked that a link to the article be posted

The way I read this in the earlier story someone was trying to steer the committee to go with ERS but in the end (October article) they went with Xtract One.
