I'm curious why so many are confused about the activity on the TSX? This has been the practice for the decade I've been in it. Companies raise money by offing stocks with warrants then they short it after the spike. What's changed with this one?

@jkirby- Executive hedging is a thing, but it has to be disclosed, otherwise it's illegal. No signs of that in any form.

Show me any stock that hasn't been shorted after raising money with additional bonuswarrants.

It's a TSX thing that needs to end.  I know one way is heavy Executive buying and institutional purchase at the current price with no bonus warrants

Presumably, all these employees would be shorting it based on information from within the company that shorting would be the smart play. Good financials and three big international contracts are not going to spur inside shareholders to think, "hey, time to short our stock". So I disagree.
