I'm through being shafted here.. we all believe something nefarious is taking place.. 
none of us has time for the games anymore.. everytime you wake up there's another war or major world event threatening markets and stability..

and here we are wasting time..getting entirely screwed on the TSX without so much as a peep from these executives as to why this is happening or how it's being addressed..

 I mean this situation has been a giant middle finger to investors for far to long, it's becoming wildly absurd now..

perhaps the plan is to demoralize us??

who knows.. but I'm ready for the legal route at this point..

Ive had enough of this garbage..

we should hire investigators and let the chips fall where they may..

we'll see exactly who is doing what..

Shorting into financings via warrants is not an exclusive Canadian practice. It’s just as common in the US but there we are seeing the early stages by the SEC taking some action. If this continues, this will spill over into Canada. XTRA’s problem is, it only really has one major shareholder (MSG) and that one has cheap warrants which, I believe, don’t expire until 2025 (?). @Plisken et al, The million dollar question is what path can / should stakeholders pursue outside of the company? I say this because Xtract One seems have known this for years and has done absolutely nothing to rectify the problem. Can we persue a petition approach and pay a law firm to submit the complaint along with the petition to the SEC?  You guys are more verse on this than I am so

@jah, you can talk to a lawyer, they look at the situation, if they think something is legitimately wrong they will make all of the necessary arrangements in contacting the SEC on your behalf, attorneys will sometimes encourage a class action because you know it increases the scope, impact of the case.  Seen a lot of these, I remember the Herbalife one where the FBI got involved.. but in
