You are right Bax. None the less it is.pretty clear voters understand that the Board Peter and crew are making good decisions on behalf of investors. Not a lot of support for musings of lawyers and the SEC.

The lawyers and the Sec are for the stock manipulation and dark pool trading, when good news comes the share price shouldn't immediately go down. We need some answers and this needs to be addressed !

At what cost? I don't think an SEC investigation and lawsuits against Evolv has done their share price any favors. We do not need that kind of bad publicity. As the contracts continue to be signed and it becomes obvious we are legit and thriving the manipulators will fade away. They will not be able to keep this up forever. Again put it in perspective. Those first years with Martin Cronin don't count. It has only been a little over 2 years with Peter Evans. What responsibility do we take as investors. We all got caught up in irrational exuberance and have suffered ever since. None of that matters now. As a company and shareholders this has only begun since Peter took the reigns. I invested 5/6 years ago with Patriot One and have continued to buy on the dips , I don't care if Martin Cronin, Peter Evans, or Bugs Bunny is running the company, This company sold shares before Peter Evans was hired, they are a publicly traded company and I want to see my investment appreciate.

@Redneck2: How much more can we wait. The time is now for us to collectively do something. Whatever that something is we just can't sit back and let this blatant disregard for fairness slips away. This looks very suspicious on every front. SEC, and TSX need to be alerted at the highest level. Xtract One should also be sued for turning a blind eye to this problem for the last 3 years.

Absolutely we are being played. The impatient want to take matters into their own hands. Huge mistake. You are just falling into another trap. Don't you think the manipulators would love to have bad publicity to pull the sp down even lower. Don't get sucked in. This is all part of the manipulation. This too will pass. Think about it. As the good news continues real buyers will step up. You
