Agreed and already submitted! Gave my 2 cents re getting on Nasdaq ASAP to put an end to the stock price shenanigans. These 500 share trades at 3:59 every day need to end!

I don’t see any realistic chance for a near term Nasdaq listing due to the minimum listing requirements.

@kidl2: The sp minimum  listing requirement is  not the only way to the NASDAQ. They can merge with an already listed NASDAQ company and keep the Xtract One name or execute pa SPAC agreement like Evolve. I have a gut feeling they will merge with another company.

SPACs and mergers? I'd file those with reverse splits as far as nightmare scenarios are concern. They are all signs of a company's desperation. Xtract needs to get to the NASDAQ, but they need to do it the right way. No matter how painfully long it might take.

Agreed Night. I'm not talking about getting there tomorrow, but I look at how quickly EVLV share price took off as they grew from $3M a quarter. Could we get there early next fiscal? I hope so. JP even talked about some of their accounting/reporting changes being to prepare for an eventual Nasdaq listing. I know Peter knows what he's doing in this regard. Selfishly I just wish it could be
