What I Learned in the Alpha Wolf Interview

-> Interest accelerating, especially in manufacturing/distribution

-> Have demoed for every single NBA team

-> Peter impatient to drive stock price, top line growth

-> Manufacturing has kept pace with growth, 2x capacity complete at end of January.  Will 2x again by the end of July.

-> Peter going to de-brief Alpha Wolf before quarterly report in early February (seems to imply they will release selected data in advance again this quarter)

Unfortunately, Peter has covered many of these talking points before. Especially driving share price up. Lots of sizzle, no steak. The NBA info is interesting, but we all know DHS will need to come before we ink any of them. Again, why Alpha Wolf and not someone with a bit more reach? And if you aren't going to target a higher end media venue, maybe speak to a few more people..there are lots ...more

We don't need DHS before we can sign any NBA teams.  Xtract One Gateways are already in use at Maidson Square Garden for NY Knicks games.  Peter mentioned the NBA has specific requirements they came out with in September regarding how teams could use frictionless screening solutions, and since then, the interest rate has significantly gone up.  Sounds to me like it's full ...more

They only have MSG because of their partnership. Most major league teams require the liability protection afforded by DHS designation/certitication. Thats why we are in San Jose SAP Centre, but not for Sharks games- just the minor league team and concerts. Otherwise, I'd be concerned that Xtract has trialled with every other NBA team and hasn't managed to land a single one.

The NBA was awarded DHS certification back in 2017. In order to maintain that approval, they have to show they are using products and services that meet the DHS standard.

You can't have it both ways.  Either DHS is required or it isn't.  Since gateways are begin used at Knicks games (Peter says he is taking a Fortune 50 CSO to the game tomorrow to see them in action), then obviously they are OK for the NBA.  I don't disagree that DHS is likely a key factor for many teams.  You are seeing the black lining in the clouds here.  If ...more

I don't entirely disagree. I'm just saying there is a reason why San Jose does not use its Smart Gateways  during Sharks games. MSG is a big entity with lots of cash. Maybe they are paying the NBA extra for using Xtract instead of  Evolv or CEIA, at least until we get DHS designation? Maybe the fact we are in the process of getting DHS provides MSG with some kind of temporary ...more

Agree Bobbythebaker. Peter Evans clearly stated in the previous interview with Alpha Wolf that we are now on the approved  list for the NBA. Due diligence and details are Important. Assumptions  are misleading but maybe that's what some are trying to accomplish.

Gotta agree. MSGs position is different to others when it comes to x1 usage. I also believe teams are waiting for DHS and thats not a bad thing ofc. I believe many teams in "dhs backlog" but we can only speculate. Liability thing is a must and i doubt NBA or NHL can or is is willing to cover that. But Ofc they can support certain tech and give green light. Just an opinion..  ...more
