at this point it's time to have a serious discussion about the leadership of xtract.. 

I mean the board the ceo .. everything..

nothing is adding up..

we are getting nothing.. 

we are going nowhere..

and we are about to sit and watch Evolv clock a windfall and precedent setting deal..

if they get this.. it's going to be absolutely demoralizing for us..

we have failed to collectively hold this management accountable and demand answers and accountability..

we have allowed ourselves to stupefied and divided ..

this is where all of it got us..

where..

where is the rewards for all of the BLIND FAITH that was preached here for so long..

what have we gotten for it??

Evolv in the midst of legal hades..

is able to accomplish more than xtracts entire existence to date..

this has to stop..

leadership in my personal opinion .. has some serious capability and competent issues..

45 million missed opportunity is just to far now..
