I did a little digging..
American Bank Center is operated by ASM Global.
In February, ASM Global named EVLV their preferred patron screening tech.

Did Xtract get ASM Global to switch completely from EVLV to Xtract? 
Now that would be an announcement.. 

ASM Global is huge international venue and live events operator. Would be great to build confidence and reputation with them.

Nice snooping Bulls. That's a good catch and pretty interesting news. I think the SEC shiite hit the fan just after EVLV announced their ASM partnership. Have to assume ASM can't be too happy about being in bed with a company that's had more class action news announced in the last 2 months than they've had sales announced in the past year!  Now if we just get this f*cking

Wowsers. Thats a big deal. If Xtract has managed to bring ASM Global into the fold, it would be a virtual monopoly on venue management providers.

Golden, my experience tells me this is a Canadian small cap phenomena. May US as well. However, I've got a couple other CDN small caps that have so much potential that are going nowhere for many months despite consistently positive news.

I think it's an interesting system they have.  It's slower than ours but maybe more thorough?  It's also massive. I think their product may be a suitable fit for airports etc. Also, the demand in canada for our gateways isn't terribly large as we don't have the firearm epidemic.  Plenty of room for Liberty to sell some units to airports etc, if that is what

Liberty is easily two years behind Xtract. They have no mass production infrastructure, and their "sales" have been one-off trials.  And their background is almost as sketchy as Evolv's. There is a reason SCAN has been frozen on the Venture board several times. Paying family members as employees and giving them options was the one scandal I can remember. Liberty's NR's

On venues website and in NR it says its operated by OVG36O and OVG hospitality. My understanding is that ASM lost the account but not better info than the public print. Anycase good for us that OVG seems to be the top dog and list of their venues is growing smoothly.

Bummer. I think you're right. OVG took over operation of American Bank Center July 2022. Google still has bad scoop. The AEG website still claims them too... https://www.aegworldwide.com/divisions/facilities/american-bank-center

This is still significant- just because the contract got taken by OVG, it doesn't mean they were forced to tear out their Evolv equipment. If the contract ended nearly a year ago, it's clear that OVG convinced them successfully that Smart Gateway is a superior product. ASM Global would definitely have noticed this news release.
